Definitions

• “Website”: domain hosting LexyAI's own AI-powered contract analysis services made available to Users.
• “User”: any natural person who uses or browses the Website, on their own behalf or on behalf of the legal entity they represent.
• “Content”: the pages that make up the entire domain, comprising the information and services that LexyAI makes available to internet Users, including messages, texts, photographs, graphics, icons, logos, technology, links, textures, drawings, audio and/or image files, recordings, software, appearance, graphic design and source code, and in general any material contained on the Website.
• “Web”: technical term describing the system for accessing information via the Internet, configured through pages created with HTML or similar languages, and programming mechanisms such as Java, JavaScript, PHP or others.

Industrial and Intellectual Property

All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind appearing on the Website are the property of LexyAI or, where applicable, of third parties who have authorised their use. Access to or use of the Portal and/or Content does not grant the User any rights over such trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

Similarly, the Content is the intellectual property of LexyAI or of third parties as applicable. Intellectual property rights belong to LexyAI or to third parties who have authorised their use, and it is these parties who hold the exclusive exercise of exploitation rights in any form, particularly the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.

Unauthorised use of the information contained on this website, as well as infringement of LexyAI's intellectual or industrial property rights, will give rise to the liabilities established by law.

Complaints Handling

LexyAI provides its customers or users with a Customer Service department, which can be contacted at soporte@lexyai.app.

Acknowledgement of a complaint will be provided through an identification code and/or a written receipt or other durable medium. Complaints submitted by Users who qualify as consumers will be responded to within a maximum of 30 days.

Jurisdiction

All matters arising from the interpretation, application and compliance with this Legal Notice, as well as any claims that may arise from its use, shall be subject to the competent courts in accordance with applicable procedural law.

Governing Law

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law and applicable personal data protection regulations.
